Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Thrivalist, we want you to feel fully supported in your journey. To make sure expectations are clear from the start, here’s how refunds and cancellations work for our memberships, courses, and coaching programs.
1. Free Trial for Memberships
- Every new membership begins with a 7-day free trial.
- You may cancel anytime during this period and you will not be charged.
- If you don’t cancel, your paid membership will start automatically once the trial ends.
2. Memberships
- Once your paid membership begins, all payments are non-refundable.
- You may cancel at any time. Your cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current paid period.
- Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Courses
- Purchases for live or pre-recorded courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.
4. 1:1 Coaching – Payment and Refund Policy
- Upfront Payments: Where the total amount for a 1:1 Coaching package is paid upfront, no refunds will be issued.
- Instalment Payments: Instalment payments are non-refundable. All instalments must be paid in full, even if the coaching program is not completed.
- Session Usage: All 1:1 Coaching sessions must be used within a three (3) month period from the date of purchase, unless an alternative arrangement has been discussed and agreed upon in writing.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Coaching sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours, or missed without notice, are forfeited.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand life can be unpredictable. Refunds outside of these terms will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or at Thrivalist’s discretion.
6. How to Cancel or Request Support
- You can cancel memberships at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

- Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Consistency Across Thrivalist
This policy applies to all Thrivalist memberships, courses, and coaching services, so you always know what to expect—no conflicting information.
